In July 2017 Burgundy School of Business together with the Centro Universitario di Organizzazione Aziendale in Italy and Geisenheim University in Germany will launch the first European Wine Business Summer School. This is a four day long School which will not be a training programme but is focused on examining current issues which affect the wine industry where that the international wine business is likely to be going.
The Summer School is primarily aimed at International wine industry professionals who want to deepen their knowledge of current industry developments and what will be important for the future; it is also suitable for those who wish to advance their applied understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the sector worldwide. Speakers will come from a range of backgrounds including senior industry figures and wine commentators and academics. The programme will feature a range of presentations, debates, round tables and general discussions as well as some local visits and presentations, and wine tastings.
